Bad Apple!! played on Discord by my Bot using GIFs.

What it does:
- Convert video into audio and video seperately
- Convert video into raw frame data
- Convert audio to discord-compatible binary
- Convert raw frames to GIFs

Then, once you call !play:
- Make a VC
- Join it
- Wait one second
- Start playing sound and video seperately but in sync, this may sometimes have a big latency, but this version does its best to minimize this.
- Video is being played by sending 5sec long GIFs and deleting them again after secs

Why not play a youtube video?
Not in sync for each user. This form of video is seen by every user looking at it at the same time, all are in sync, but mostly this was a fun project, so i made it!

Does it look and sound exactly like that: Yes, exactly, this footage is not sped up, and does not have an overlay. I uploaded the raw footage from OBS, and the only sources are desktop audio and window.
Can you play other videos with this: Yes, the program can automatically convert them and set them up to be played on discord.
Does that mean I can rickroll: Yes
Why isn't this a bot i can simply add: Because I am unable to host it for monetary reasons, and it can currently only play video on one server at a time unless i buy a better internet connection, so for now, you'll have to host it yourself.
