If you have a sewing project that needs to be hand stitched, then a backstitch will give you a strong seam. Even beginner sewers can do this simple stitch! Learn how to backstitch in just a few steps and start sewing today!

SUPPLIES
=========
- needle and thread.

I used a thick embroidery floss so the stitches would show up easily in my video, but you can use a regular thread and make smaller stitches. Make sure your thread is double for extra strength.
