Backpacking & wild camping trip to try and complete all 11 Munro summits around Glenshee over 36 Hours with one night wild camping.

Did know my latest challenge was going to be hard going but by the time I got to the end I hadn’t realised just how demanding. For the majority of the trip weather was on my side and the scenery stunning as always.

Overall a fantastic mini adventure and enjoyed every minute of it although suffering and aching for a good part of it. Most folks could do the route a lot quicker and easier, but stopping to film and compose shots takes a lot of time and adds to an already long distance day.

One thing I did learn from the trip is to take a lot higher energy snacks to help boost my energy levels as I did not take nearly enough to eat for the amount of effort required as it did make me feel a bit ill at times.
