This is in a request I received from Orylette (mrsovwatson on YT) and one of my other subscribers (sorry I can't remember who it was) on how to backup your files for your Cricut Gypsy.
Currently the backup in the Cricut Sync software is not working and has not been working since February of this year.
After many days of trying to get a response from Provocraft and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau asking when this issue was going to be resolved, I was given this temporary resolution by Kelsey from Provocraft. TFW
