Babbie will teach a four-week online songwriting class this summer. “Back to the Basics of Songwriting” will be held on Zoom for four Monday evenings - August 10, 17, 24, and 31, 2026 at - 7:00 p.m. Eastern. Each session will last one hour.
You'll learn five core principles of strong songwriting:
finding great ideas and titles, jump-starting your lyric,
mastering rhyme, rhythm, and repetition, choosing the right song form, and fine-tuning your song. In addition, Babbie critique one of your songs.
