As students prepare to return to school in September, questions remain about whether all schools are ready. With some institutions still undergoing repairs after Hurricane Melissa, Marlon Morgan, Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Youth, Skills and Information, gave an update on the state of Jamaica’s schools and the plans in place to ensure students return to safe and suitable learning environments.
