A: Well, nowhere. At least, not in a way that sounds like this. I really liked the way Gulda played this piece in one of his recordings, but for this demonstration, it was too slow, and the tone seemed harsh to me. So, I changed the tempo, altered the pitch a little, added some reverberation.
