My second video made with Kdenlive. Editing this one went a lot smoother than my last edit. I'm coming along with the new program and getting more comfortable with it. There are still several things I need to figure out how to do like crop/pan, adding overlays, text, and coloring, but I'll get there eventually. Taking it slow and keeping it simple for now, but I don't think this looks too bad. Played around a bit with some basic color effects like saturation, curves, contrast, and brightness. The effects handle differently than what I'm used to and there are so many options so it's a bit overwhelming. I've definitely been spoiled by my old Sony Vegas Pro 11.0. Anyway this song has been stuck in my head. Finally been playing through Beyond Two Souls for the first time (thank you Steam Winter sale) and loving it. Fun fact, this song has been on my edit ideas list for at least a decade and I just never got around to it. Feels like a good time now. I think my inspiration is coming back. So many ideas have been pouring in but I'm taking it slow. Can't edit too fast when I"m still stumbling through a new program, plus I've been busy gaming lol.
