i don’t know if i am actually losing the last good thing or if i’m just being overly anxious. i haven’t been able to eat well, i’m scared. i don’t like replacing people when i can barely feel anything for anyone at all now. of course i have to be worried about this. you have to make it look so appealing, and then discard me. I wouldn’t blame you, I hate myself and what I’ve shown you, as I’ve shown you myself so purely. I’ve just been locked in my room barely eating, feeling like I deserve the worst. I’d cry more if I could feel affection. my ability to feel empathy and compassion towards other people has been rapidly getting more messed up and i hate myself for it so much, i feel evil in my apathy. it’s just trauma and i hope i can feel love again when i get out of here.
