Mx Disney 2018 | Jim | Round 1 mandssimons 2018-01-23 | PLEASE WATCH IN HD!!!---------------------------------------------Feedback is welcome, but no shipping wars - you'll be blocked!Well it's later than when I wanted to finish this but at least it's completed and I managed to include everything everyone plotted with me (plus a little easter egg, let me know if you see it). The reason this was so late was because I was moving in with my boyfriend and I was without a computer for a week, plus I had work too. And once I got my new computer it had a few problems with windows 8 (some parts of the computer weren't suitable for windows 8 so I had to get windows 10). Plus there was so much to include in this round that required so much editing.Story:So Jim was plucked away from being assassinated, he'd rather get plucked than be killed. Cobra Bubbles welcomes him and tells him where he is and what is happening and request he wears a tag with his flag on. He leaves the pod and heads to the main hall where everyone else has gathered. A red head comes up to him and starts flirting with him only to be shot down by Jim who brings up the girl's sister (a previous winner). Jim then mistakes Antonio for Max, who asks Jim to join his group (which reminds Jim of the time he joined Sykes, the biggest mistake of his life). Jim doesn't trust Max- I mean Antonio and doesn't agree to join him but doesn't turn him down. As soon as Antonio walks off another Spanish guy comes up and asks to group up, again Jim doesn't join him. Next is the meeting, Jim meets Cobra Bubbles who tells them he puts the contest together and everyone needed to hand in their phones (which some people weren't happy about). Medical next where Jim isn't very comfortable, Dr Doppler notices an old scar Jim has, which Jim doesn't want to talk about. Finally the interview, where Leah brings up Jim's job, the one thing Jim didn't want to talk about, Jim tells them he worked as a cleaner at a diner, but Leah isn't convinced that's all he did and brings up the bullet wound he had, after all it's strange for a diner worker to have a wound like that. As much as a bitched about making video and not having time to make video for this contest I've loved it. Totally entering next years if i can. Also I want to say thank you to the people on tumblr who took part in my 'dress up request' I asked you guys to suggest some dresses you'd like to see Lina try on and I tried my best with them, some I'm pretty proud of and others i want to burn and never look at again. Anyway if you see yours let me know how i did :)Story: Lina is stopped by one of the servants and is given a letter; which is from Jim, tell Lina that the emperor won't choose her and that when she realises that she should come home. But before Lina can react she's sent to her room where she needs to try on dresses fit for a bride. None feel right to Lina and after Tzekel-Kan tells her she won't cope as the emperor's bride if she can't choose a dress. This upsets Lina and she tells him to go away and leave her. Lina overhears a conversation between the royal matchmaker and Ting Ting and this upsets Lina even further, making Lina start to wonder if she should just go home and forget about the whole thing since no one is rooting for her. At night Lina thinks once again about her parents, (Lina has always wanted to follow in her parent's footsteps and 'live happily ever after'). The next morning a suitcase arrives from Esmeralda, in the letter tells her she's rooting for her and tells Lina to go make Kuzco fall in love with her. Lina is over the moon as is more than happy to wear her mother's wedding dress. Once Lina is ready she waits on her own where she is visited by a blue bird, the matchmaker comes and collects her and the thought of Jim comes to Lina again. Like last time I wanted to show more on Lina's backstory but I had to focus on the theme of the round.Story:So after the girl's adventurer from the last round the girls all meet up with Kuzco and Tannabok, who show them to their temple. Lina being opened minded finds this whole religion fascinating. Lina chooses to pay respect to Pachamama (also known as mother nature). *editors note: I wanted to show a flashback of Lina reading up on some hills back home and the reason Lina chose this god is because nature reminds her of this spot at home, it was also where her parents first met*. Lina doesn't have much to give so leave a flower necklace, *editors note: Again i wanted to have Lina make this on the way to the temple and I was going to have her wear it the whole time she was there*. Kuzco see her leaving a tribute and he smiles because she respected what he believes in. It's not perfect and I wanted to include more of Lina's backstory and more detail but I didn't have time.Story: Lina says goodbye yo Esmeralda and Lina invites her to stay at her bookshop. Esmeralda tells Holli to look after Lina while she's gone. While the girls have breakfast Kronk tells them they'll be meeting up with Kuzco, but they dont get there. Kronk is too busy telling them about what happened that morning the end up in a secret lab and on some roller coaster (which Lina wasnt too happy about). They land in some sort of basement, knocking into a shelve full of bottles and puff! suddenly everyone is animals. Lottie thought Lina was her own dog Lady, of course Lina and Lottie aren't talking after what happened so Lina starts growling at Lottie to back off. Holli steps in to stop but Lina ends up chasing her, only to be rescued by Bucky. So playtime is over and they're turned back. Mx Disney 2017 | Thumbelina | Round 5 mandssimons 2017-04-27 | PLEASE WATCH IN HD!!!---------------------------------------------Feedback is welcome, but no shipping wars - you'll be blocked!Editor's Note:How many times did you see Bucky?Story:Kronk and Birdwell meet up with with girls to tell them they'll be heading out on a camping trip, Lina is pretty happy with going camp, it's something she's never done before. Esme asks Lina if she wanted to share a tent with her and Tramp and of course said yes. For the first activity Lina chose fishing but doesn't have much joy, unlike Mulan. Back in the tent Lina and Esme talk about what happened to Esme when she disappeared; who explains that she doesn't remember anything, just being taken away and fire, and kept a photo of them together with Lina's father in the background. Esme asks why Lina left and Lina tells her about Jim and that she thought he was the one, but he cheated on her so she ran off and came across the posters. Lina hoped that the contest would give her a second chance at love but she still has feelings for Jim but also loves Kuzco. The nest day is the next activity and Lina isn't having much luck again, physical tasks don't seem to be her thing, so Birdwell tells her the tasks the next day might be better for her. Of course for next two activities Lina does better with the study ones. One the last day Lina and Esme are dancing (Holli got Mei and Mulan to make up) but when the campfire is lit Esme freaks out and leaves, Lina joins the rest of the girls to finish off the trip around the campfire. Meanwhile Audrey arrives back home to meet her sister Tiana in her cafe, Tiana tells her that they were so busy without her Tiana had to ask Jim to help out. Jim mocks her that she should have acted more like a girl to get the emperor to fall for her, Audrey brushes off the insult and tells him Lina was there and her father died while she was there. Jim then says Lina won't have any need to marry an emperor since she'll have plenty of money from her father, before he could say anything about getting back with her for the money Audrey tells him to not even think about it.But what are the rumours about Lina's father? Miss Disney 2017 | Thumbelina | Round 4 mandssimons 2017-03-22 | PLEASE WATCH IN HD!!!---------------------------------------------Feedback is welcome, but no shipping wars - you'll be blocked!Editor's Note: So I really needed to get this done since I'm working for most of the weekend... I wish I could have added more 'filler' but I didn't have time.Story:Thumbelina is woken up by a guard who gives the girls invitations to a date with Kuzco, however they need to make the food for the date. Lina's date wasn't until a few days so she wonders the palace. On the first day Lina comes across Kuzco saying goodbye to Meg, however things seem happy between them - just when Meg leaves the guards stop Lina from getting too close to the Emperor, he notices this and tells the guards to lower their weapons, since Lina wasn't doing any harm. Scared that she interrupted him Lina apologizes but Kuzco tells her everything was fine, he shares that Meg was pregnant when she entered the contest and hoped becoming his wife she'd be able to look after the child better. But Meg told Kuzco that she didn't mind she had to leave and seemed happy to go, but Kuzco was worried about her, so Lina suggested that Kuzco should write to Meg, find out how she is and what her plans are (Kuzco liked this suggestion). After Lina walks passed all the other girls to room 2 and finds Mei just leaving the room, they don't really know what to say to each other due to both of them loosing their fathers but Mei is nice to Lina and wishes her luck with the cooking task. Esmeralda see the two together and asks Lina if Mei upset her again, but Lina explains that everything is okay between them now. The next day Lina spends her time looking through recipes and try and decide what to cook for the Emperor, she decides on pancakes. Early the next morning Lina arrives in the kitchen and meets Kronk who helps her with the pancakes (and also flip them), he asks her how everything was going and Lina tells him her father died while she was here and wished she could have been with him, but looks on the bright side and tells him she was reunited with her childhood friend Esme. Kronk helps Lina set the table for Kuzco and Lina's date and the Royal Matchmaker tells her her responsibilities to help him start his day. Kuzco shows up and Lina greets him with his pancakes and some tea, to help him wake up before his busy day. When they're finished a servant informs Kuzco that he has busy day, basically ending the date and he turns to Lina and tells her she can leave, Kuzco looks sad (he royal duties call) but thanks Lina for the breakfast.
