Start the day with a welcoming sunrise over the valley, and end it with a soft sunset in the shadow of Hogwarts Castle...just be sure to put on your house robes, as that clean and crisp fall wind can bite a bit!
This video features 11 different scenes and soundscapes from across Hogwarts Valley. You will see and hear a bit of everything - village life, open fields, running streams, the swaying of the trees in the wind, and a beautiful overlook of the valley high up on the hillside! Each scene lasts about 10-12 minutes, and the entire sequence repeats after 2 hours. As has been requested, there is no music in this video...just the relaxing sound of nature. This remaster and modlist is designed to enhance the vanilla Skyrim experience while maintaining the look, feel, and aesthetic of the original game. The only real departure from vanilla is the addition of the Great Whiterun Forest, which transforms the tundra outside Whiterun into a dense and expansive forest. The ENB can be changed to suit a darker, colder, or more fantasy-like experience, but I feel that Silent Horizons largely maintains the feel of vanilla Skyrim.
