If you're not experienced with cold exposure, please don't attempt this without consulting a professional. The benefits of cold exposure include an insane energy boost, better immunity, nice skin, heart and body shock training, weight loss, dopamine normalization, and much more. Andrew Huberman and Wim Hof are great resources to learn more about this.While there may be some discomfort at the start, there are generally no downsides for healthy individuals. However, if you're new to this, you may experience cold-water shock, so it's best to start gradually. Please note that my skin temperature was 32°C due to the room being 10-15°C, and I stayed naked for 10-15 minutes. Additionally, the water got warmer (9.5°C) while it was filling the tub (10-15min), so it wasn't the same temperature as the tap (7-8°C). Lastly, I apologize for the bathroom not being cleaned properly.
