Azureblight got the stinky throw it into the sun treatment... Or did it even after making this video I'm not 100% sure. Azure lives and dies based on the number of enemies within the proc. Some stuff I want to talk about in the video is the biggest issue with the way I and most people seemingly tested it is things in ESO die and or don't stand still. Azure isn't just going to be hitting 5 things for 30 minutes it will change during the fight... Other than that AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH testing this was a pain in the butt. I am not good with Google Sheets and my brain was already mush when I started this so trying to make a google sheet not suck is rip.
I also learned some stuff about Weapon and Spell damage that is annoying as heck. There are some invisible weapon and spell damage buffs and they scale weirdly from what I've found. I'm now going to be looking into that for my own curiosity...

Relequen is the best AoE set in the game idc what you tell me its the best... As well as any other set people say is Single Target only they just don't see the vision. Or I'm blind not sure but oh well.
