Wow,a crazy religious fanatic with a gun,scary stuff here.Well anyway,he is not very hard.He is basically a Megaman of the series,he uses powers of the bosses which you killed before this battle,here for example he uses Viper's, Stratos's and (thanks to thegrouchization for clearing this out) Carrera's attack.He also can use his gun to penetrate your flashfield.But he is actually not very hard,in this moveset his skill,stolen from Viper is the most dangerous because of random explosions and that's pretty much it.
