Azeroth is literally not even called Azeroth. We've learned in the midnight beta that the world soul of our planet is called Aln'hara a nature goddess that was transferred to Khaz'algar by the titans. It's likely that they invented this name. Don't think of Azeroth as like Eonar but instead see her as like a wild god from the emerald dream. What is even crazier is that she had a cloud serpent companion named Aln'SHAran which is also related to Pandaria and has sha in the name. To make this even crazier Elune is definitely related to all of this and has all the similar powers which might imply that she could even be the avatar of Aln'hara. I know it all sounds crazy but we literally got the biggest lore reveals ever in the midnight beta, so let's unpack everything we know about who the world soul really is, how she was taken, renamed and what does she even look like?
