Azerbaijan is establishing itself as a regional hub in advancing green growth and connectivity across the South Caucasus and Central Asia. Building on successful renewable energy and sustainability initiatives and the momentum created last year by its COP29 Presidency, Azerbaijan is moving towards an inclusive and diversified low-carbon economy in line with its “Azerbaijan 2030” vision.
This session will look at how Azerbaijan combines the country’s strategic location with regional partnerships and private-sector collaborations. Participants will learn about green investment opportunities in Azerbaijan and gain insights into long-term development prospects in the region.
