SynthV is mad fun! I like to sing my own stuff but since moving I still haven't been comfortable enough (or healthy...) to record again. Enter Ayame, who covers a much higher range than what my voice can AND is immune to sore throat. I was an avid VOCALOID fan when I was a teenager, so following my favourite producers' footsteps feel incredible... teenage me would be screaming.

This is a fake ending/insert song to the TTRPG campaign I'm part of! Mizuki, barely hanging on their sanity, has a close encounter with the main villain, who promises them they'll be able to reunite with their dead brother. Between betraying their friends and see him again... Mizuki chooses the latter.
A song from the point of view of someone who's lost everything and always acted like the eternal victim of their own circumstances, projecting a past that's never coming back onto people who only tried to help, and ultimately stabbing them in the back.
They get better! But this is Mizuki at their lowest.
It's good to rest when things get hard, but the fight isn't lost until you give up for good.
