To commemorate the recently released Steam port of Bayonetta, I believe the final boss track from its sequel would be a good start. This is definitely a piece that conveys a grand and massive boss fight similar to the Jubileus fight from the original. It also makes a good climax theme for the Dante vs. Bayonetta Death Battle.
