PCI toners are one of the most niche parts of coin collecting. Despite the lack of grading accuracy, the holders are notorious for toning the coins they hold. Many are often 2-3 points undergraded too (there are certainly many over graded ones as well).
This first year Mercury Dime has everything you could want on a coin, great strike, super luster, lack of marks, and a wow factor of reverse toning.
