I went to the indoor flea market shop where I went last summer, where there were cool VCRs but very high prices. I wanted to go there and buy the Mitsubishi S-VHS that was $50 but ask for having it for $35. I arrived there and saw that one of the 2 Mitsubishi S-VHS VCRs was $25! So I instantly took it, and I am very happy because I wanted a working Mitsubishi VCR with this mechanism. This is a very hi end VCR made in 1990, and also my first S-VHS VCR in my collection. It is not a S-VHS ET, and I do not have S-VHS tapes but I've heard that you can drill a hole in VHS tapes to turn them into S-VHS tapes.
