Is combining two character themes into one a theme for these guys (and one girl)?
Part 1; The main theme of Houka Inumuta, the electronic beats and synthesized vocals make this a perfect theme for the chairman of the information/strategy commitee.
Part 2; Sanageyama is easily my favorite member of the council's Elite Four and this theme effectively shows his personality and position as the captain of the Ken do Team
