While massaging my deep neck muscles, I realized my fear of self-harm was irrational - as long as I respectfully listened to my body. This thinking arose from the supposed truth that we've evolved and adapted and evolved with the nature existence for millions/billions of years. Life has "been through it all" (So to speak) - it knows. Our bodies do not need a microscope to ~know~ how it exists. We just need complete and pure sensitivity and respect while investigating ourselves. Peace.
