We visited one of the UK’s most unique and unforgettable motorcycle events, the East Kirkby Bike Night at the East Kirkby Aviation Centre in Lincolnshire.
Hundreds of bikers rolled in for an evening of classic motorcycles, modern machines, food stalls, live music, and a real sense of community. But what makes this bike night truly stand out is its setting — right beside a fully restored Avro Lancaster from WW2.
The biggest moment of the night? The Lancaster’s live taxi run, where the engines fired up and the roar echoed through the crowd. It's not every day you get to see a WW2 Lancaster in action while surrounded by some of the best bikes in the UK.
