Map review:
"Predator Missions"is a two in one map. The first is a predator map based on the AVP movie. Due to the map being included in a mod, there are new character skins, weapons, sounds, etc. It's all pretty accurate to the film and fun to play. The predator map has two predator ai that should be able to assist the player, but both are fairly broken and won't really help the player. There is another AVP campaign based on this scene from the film and it is better, but this map is fun to play because of the mod changes, despite being relatively short.
The second part of this map starts immediately after the player enters the tunnel. Somehow the player transforms from predator into marine. This part of the map is really a test demo to spawn an alien drone ai to fight against the marine ai. Fortunately, the ai respond much better in this map and the player can test out the new guns.
This mod is worth looking at to try all the mod changes in addition to the map itself.
