AVIKTAS Opening Day! VIP Press Event & First Reactions | Blackpool Pleasure Beach 2026

We were invited to the AVIKTAS VIP Press Event at @blackpoolpleasurebeach on 21st May 2026, and this vlog covers the full opening‑day experience - from the atmosphere around the plaza to our first reactions, the theming, the queue line and everything happening throughout the event, including some AWESOME on-ride POVs!

This special preview brought together press, media and invited guests for the official opening moment of AVIKTAS. We captured as much as possible: the build‑up, the energy around the ride, the speeches, the first dispatch (which we were on along with lots of friends and the Thompson family themselves!), and our honest thoughts on how this brand‑new 2026 attraction fits into the park.
