On a planet called Placea, where people have sky-colored hair and perfect immune systems, aviation is illegal. A young dancer becomes friends with an engineering boy so they can build a vehicle to impress her father. Though it seems out of their reach, the two of them dream of building a plane.

In this part, Edillan finally takes Scilla to see the hangar, and Zizi gets a visitor.
