Thanks to Peekay for the catch of another gang sign from Yemini.

Could it be double agent Rukshan in this photo?

We know he had contracts with the Victorian government with his photography business.

My guess is this photo may have been taken maybe last year before he was well known. Articles like this they just pull up photos from archives. Look at the lighting it’s certainly staged.
