$We cant claim heart disease reversal We cant claim atherosclerotic coronary artery disease reversal because none of the evidence presented gives us any reasons to claim there was ever a change in plaque. Quantitative coronary angiography, myocardial perfusion imaging, outcomes, symptoms, ejection fraction, all dont give us reason to conclude plaque has regressed. Either because they have no correlation with plaque regression (QCA) or because they underdetermine plaque regression. Think Im wrong? By all means, show me how.
