So I promised a lot of people I'd upload an MEP soon. But I couldn't decide on what song, or with what footage - so I made three! Isn't compromising fun?!

4. WHEN WATERMARKING YOUR PART - only black and white colours, and it must be relatively small, at the bottom right of the frame, and fairly transparent.
5. Please render your part in 16:9. If you can't even do that yet, then you're clearly not ready to be in one of my MEPs.

7. Keep the colouring simple - I hate seeing videos where it looks like someone's dipped their part in purple or blue or something. Like, what is that?! And don't use an overlay heavily over your whole part. Just, no.

So the MagicalViddingTourn invited me to join their contest.
Im really glad I joined now, because it gave me the motivation to do a live action video, which I havent had inspiration for in a LONG time.
They picked the song; an oldie, but a goodie.
The footage I used is REALLY weird. Such a strange collection haha, but it was all the LA stuff that I found on this computer. Pretty much my two favourite movies of all time, plus Fight Club, and the Harry Potter series, and then my four favourite TV shows. Also sorry some parts are too dark. You can blame my laziness on that one.
Ive also been REALLY busy at the moment guys. Im working around 36hrs a week to try save money for Europe in December, so I havent had much time to sit down in front of a computer and edit things.

For round 3!
TEAM: The Hairbenders

Were up against a pretty killer team for this round, so itll be interesting to see how this all plays out!!
This round we were each given a country to base our videos around. My group got China, which I was really happy about because that meant I could use Mulan, which is a disney film set in China!! YAY!
THEME:
I chose to focus on Mulans loneliness throughout the film, through the neglection of Shang and the loss of her father by running away. It also includes the loneliness she would feel even when surrounded by all her army friends, seeing as she is a woman in a mans world.
I wanted it to start with her peak of loneliness - and the storyline is her saying how she came to be that way (2AM, where do I begin?), how she always felt, and the sacrifices shes made for the people she loved.
I hope this is good enough to win. Its one of the first videos Ive made in a while that I actually like.
