Es regelt die Innere Uhr des Menschen, hilft bei der Produktion bestimmter Vitamine und beeinflusst auch unser Psychisches Wohlbefinden, denn viele Beschwerden wie Müdigkeit, Lustlosigkeit, Unkonzentriertheit oder sogar Depressionen können eine Folge von falschem Einsatz bzw. dem Mangel von Licht sein.
