Theres a third-party app which allows you to scroll on your device using just the Volume Keys, no need to touch your screen. You can even change the scroll amount and speed!
Any caveats? Well, the app is still in the early stage, so there might be some bugs and issues. One which I noticed: after changing the scroll settings in the app [scroll amount or type], you might have to tap on the screen once before the setting could become active.
