In my previous design there is some problem with and relay system so I have designed new circuit used bc547 transistor, optocoupler, 7404 IC which is not gate IC and some registers, 12 volt adaptor and IR sensor. If we touch the normal soap dispenser so virus can be spread from normal soap dispenser. If used automatic soap dispenser it can we stop spreading covid-19. it is best way to sanitize your hand. Be safe and be happy.
