Auto-generated reinforcement irons from engineering definitions is a new experimental feature for the Bullet Constraints Builder add-on for Blender. The mesh is only an approximation as it needs to be adapted to different element sizes and orientations which leaves room for inaccuracies. However, it might serve as diagnostic tool to make wrong engineering settings easier spotable within the 3d model instead of only looking at tables of cryptic numbers.

In the second part of the video a Blender Bullet physics simulations of the constraint based structure is performed and the rebars are deformed accordingly. The BCB is developed as part as the INACHUS research project.

There is a lot of simulations of different building types to come within the next weeks.
