Fully automated spherical optics manufacturing, from blank to polished concave spherical surface. See the robotic arm as it is programmed to:

- Pick up the blank from the part tray
- Load part in the PRO 160 GTS CNC optical grinder for concave spherical surface generation
- Unload the part from the PRO 160 GTS
- Remove coolant from optic and gripper in the cleaning station
- Load part in the PRO 160P CNC high speed polisher for concave spherical surface polishing
- Unload the part from the PRO 160P
- Remove slurry from the optic and gripper in the cleaning station
- Place finished optic back on the part tray
