I show you how to install HACS and automate your lights when you are on vacation using the Presence Simulation Integration for Home Assistant.

In my opinion it is a must-have Home Assistant feature, even if you are only away for 1 night.

This integration turns your smart devices, such smart lights and switches on and off automatically based on your real usage history data for those entities.

I created a rudimentary version of this myself in Node-RED a few years ago, but this is much better!
