You can set up into it or just land it to cover a landing if you're feeling crazy. Most setups into it are 50:50s but if they airdodge, you catch them with the last hit or Fair and continue juggling anyway. Some of the Smash attacks here weren't true either but it is a true setup, I was just a bit slow sometimes but I wanted to get the idea across =]
