Automatic dropper/dispenser in minecraft. Whenever there is items it will fire. But the best thing when it is empty nothing will happen.
No more need to worry about timings and clocks when it comes to dropping or dispensing items. Extremely useful for shops, equipment dispensers, mob traps, sorting systems you name it.
