The founder and president of the Good Food Institute (@thegoodfoodinstitute3482), Friedrich discussed themes from his new book: “Meat: How the Next Agricultural Revolution Will Transform Humanity’s Favourite Food―and Our Future”. He argued that unless the world leans into alternative meats, conventional meat consumption will continue to rise, with all of its attendant external costs such as hunger and malnutrition, climate change and biodiversity loss, AMR and pandemic risk.
