Art will be slowing down for about 2 weeks until I get a new monitor, music will be slowing down for that time too. Moving into a new apartment on the first of may. Hype! That being said, music will be trickier cause I cant play it as loud without headphones, and honestly ive been feeling really really down about my music lately. Gonna try to not let it get to me though. Hard to draw with my current monitor too so thats getting to me too.

This is a remix/thematic take on the FiM theme; it basically tells the story of each pony individually and then all together in harmony.

This song is currently free on bandcamp/soundcloud for now I went and completely remastered this song, redid all the mixing, changed up some awkward composition points, and made it about 20% better. I totally recommend re-listening if you have time, your ears will thank you :3 I also renamed some of the movements to some more appropriate names.
This one has: Reduced mud in the bass, reduced cello volume, reduced bass volume, increased high-end in the cello and bass, some corrected lines in the Serenity part, simplification in Bravery, more tactful limiting/maximizing with slightly more compression, stereo widening, harmonic excitement in the high end to add more shimmer to it.

Listening on phone speakers will make your ears sad, use headhpones or good headphones! Be advised, this is likely to change before release! Especially after 0:48 seconds in. I do have plans on working on this with Orange B, hes cooking up some drop ideas. My goodness, do I ever love Melodic Dubstep. Have a remix of Big Brother Best Friends Forever :3 All aboard the Delorean, were going back to 2012 with this thing. That era was a pretty good time for the community, not only with the explosive growth of said community but also with the shows development. The show also had some of its best musical numbers around that time, and thats when Wooden Toaster made a lot of his most popular songs. This song combines those elements from both of these things: Vocal slices from BBBFF, and a reproduction of some of Toastys signature massive patches... along with my orchestration, design, engineering and Orange Beats mixing and mastering. Hope you guys enjoy! This track took two months to make, and is my first melodic dubstep piece.

Heres my take on Youre In My Head like a Catchy Song with lyrics from The Perfect Pear. Note: I made this with Dailymotion audio rip prior to stems being released so I will be re-visiting this later to remove the talking in the middle and extending it further as well as altering the structure a little, I think. I may not re-release the youtube video and instead may update the bandcamp+soundcloud audio. Well see. ~~~ I loved this song in the episode a lot; it was a delicate song and incredibly difficult to do much of anything with it, especially since I was working with a youtube rip of the audio without stems. Ill likely come along and polish the soundcloud/bandcamp version later once I have actual stems for the song if I can find the time to do it. This was a standard edit of the song, rearranged some parts, extended it, added some instruments and swells and violin solos, EQd the guitar and vocals to make them a bit more prominent, added tape distortion/saturation and harmonic excitation to add high end and more harmonics, reverb, delay in some spots and did a quick mastering job.
Why? Because I loved the song, and wanted it to fit amongst my other musics as a song that would better stand alone without the animation to back it up. I know that most musicians will not touch this song to remix, and for good reason. Its far too pretty to try to turn into a completely different genre.

It is a few years after the events at the Canterlot Wedding, and Chrysalis has been wasting no time in regrouping her armies and growing in power. As the numbers of her minions grow, there is only one thing holding them back from attacking: That is, lack of sustenance. Being creatures that feed off love is problematic when there is no love nearby to feed on....
...That is, until Chrysalis learns how to convert other emotions, such as fear, into a form of energy they can consume to sustain themselves. Armed with this newfound knowledge, Chrysalis finally gives the order to begin advancing towards the great city. They begin the siege, destroying the entire lands around the city, ever feeding, ever growing off the fear induced in their victims. That is, until they finally see the city on the horizon.

Word of the siege had reached Canterlot mere days before the coming attack. Every able bodied person was expected to assist in the defense and preparing for the siege. The young, the infirm, and the female population were evacuated through the Crystal Caverns deep beneath the Citadel. Above ground, preparations are made in earnest: A new Arcano-Technology had been developed to help in the defense of the city should an army attack again, in the form of a city-wide shield generator. The Unicorn defenders had faith in the generators, that they would be able to channel their magics into them, and they would keep them safe while the Pegasi could rain fire from above.
...However, they hadnt accounted for the changelings abilities to feed off fear in addition to love, meaning that the shield would not be enough to withstand the force of the swarm. The defenders manage to hold off the changeling long enough for the populous to escape, but only just long enough. Cadence was tasked with the safe delivery and protection of those who could not protect themselves, and to guide them through the mass of caverns that lay below the city. Shining was tasked with leading the defense and inspiring vigor in the troops.

Part Three - My Wings Aria:
Word on whether or not the defenders managed to stave off the invasion and win the fight failed to reach the Crystal Empire in later days, and after many days passed, those who managed to survive began to fear the worst.
Cadence, who was now tasked as the ruler of the Crystal Empire and Canterlot in the place of the alicorns that stayed to defend. As she does her very best to keep up the spirits of those waiting on their loved ones return, she felt increasingly weighed down by the same fear she was trying to protect against, although she refused to give up hope.

The piano part is an adaptation on Nobou Uematsus work, it was based off an unnamed score he wrote that took place right around the time Final Fantasy 10 came out. Hes a major inspiration to my work and learning from his scores is how I learned to play the piano. Many thanks for him providing a big part of the inspiration for this piece for sure! If anyone is wanting to learn to play, checking him out is a great place to start!

Hey everyone. Did a thing again. Youll notice the song sounds pretty similar despite being a remix. Well, not every remix has to be wubtastic or drastically different. I chose this time to re-orchestrate the song and add some complexity and depth to the strings, while still keeping fairly true to the original. The purpose of doing it this way was to help me grow in my knowledge of how orchestra fits in with other genres, such as pop, with faster major-key notes than I normally do. I grew quite a bit in my skill as I remade this. Hope everyone enjoys!
