This is a video where I talk about what I would like to read in August.
A few days in, I'm still reading the book I started at the end of last month, but I am hoping to have a fair bit of free time this month to read some great novels and stories.

I will be taking part in Garbaugust - an event I have been a regular co=host of, but there is no co-host this year, as Olly ( @CriminOllyBlog ) has decided to make this year a lowkey event.

I also plan on taking part in Short Story Summer, off the back of a short story heavy July.
That event was started by Randy Ray @LiterateTexan and co-hosted by Hannah @HannahsBooks , Brandy @TheBookclectic , James @JamesRuchala , Nicky @MyMessyBookshelf ‬, Brad @HomeSchoolLibrary25 , Crystal @fiberartsyreads , Steve @saintdonoghue and Roy @royreadsanything

As mentioned in the video, I was asked to bring back Summer of Steinbeck and I'll be reading Grapes of Wrath during August too.

So lots to look forward to!
