If you’re new to my channel, my name is Allison.

I’m a CPA, Finance Director, and former CFO.

On paper, I did everything right. I built a high-income career in corporate accounting and leadership. I was the person other people trusted with their money, budgets, and financial strategy.

Behind the scenes, my own finances were a different story.

I was making good moneyβ€”but still constantly stressed about it.

My husband and I had over $100,000 in debt across personal and student loans, credit cards, and a car loans.

And I was managing it all while dealing with undiagnosed ADHD, impulsive spending, and starting over every month.

This channel exists because of that gap.

How I got here…

Early 20s: Started my career in public accounting in tax. Got an MBA. Stable job. Good income. Became a CPA. β€œOn track.”

Mid 20s: Moved into higher-paying audit roles. Looked successful, but was living paycheck to paycheck with growing debt.

Late 20s: Hit a breaking point. Realized budgeting wasn’t working for meβ€”not because I lacked discipline, but because the systems didn’t match how I actually operate.

Late 20s: Moved into corporate accounting. Rebuilt everything from scratch with systems that worked for my habits and behavior, and finally got serious about fixing my finances.

30s: Got an MHA. Promoted to CFO of private hospital.

30s: Left my CFO role, still earning six figures, due to burnout. Diagnosed with ADHD at 32.

30s: Paid off over $100,000 in debt and saved $20k.

Now: I help high-achieving women who make good money but still feel stressed or out of control with it.

Because you can be smart, successful, and still struggle with moneyβ€”and most advice doesn’t account for that.

So I focus on what actually works: simple systems, behavior-based budgeting, and making money easier to manage in real life.
