SURVIVE! LLC is insolvent, with no path forward. Due to complaints filed with the PA State Attorney Generals office, it became necessary to sign an assurance of voluntary compliance agreement. As part of that, I agreed to no longer operate the company, to never own another knife company, to never manage a knife company, or work in marketing or sales at a knife company. 
To those that I let down and all of this, I truly apologize.
