Summary:
How much …is too much? Too much work stress, too many boxes of unused stuff in the garage, too much depressing climate change news, too many politicians droning on and on…and all of it weighing upon our minds and hearts. Must we be nearly crushed to death before we admit that "enough is enough!" Of course, this isn’t a new problem. More than two centuries ago, the poet William Wordsworth wrote, “The world is too much with us.” But now in our internet age… it is even worse! Join us as we look at the many ways we are overwhelmed, and how we might crawl out from under our lives of “too much.”
