Hello everyone!!
I am back today with the 3rd and final layout using my Feed Your Craft Kit from August 2018. This kit has been very fun to work with... it was intended for magical or fairytale related stories, but I was really able to find additional ways to adapt it to my photos since I don't have any that relate to magic or fairy tales. I did, however, have some firework photos that could work with the stamp set!
The photos I used for this layout were fairly dark being that these photos are from July 4th evening where we were doing sparklers and setting off fireworks, so I used a lot of the cards primarily in white to offset the heaviness of the dark photos. I also used the back of one of the preprinted cards that came in the kit which had a dot grid for some repeat stamping - I used the stamp that was like a fairy godmother's wand to replicate the sparkler look. I love that stamp set! I'm starting to use the stamp sets more and more that I get in my kits, these are things that can be used a million times and never run out so finding ways to continually use them will expand your ability to use the kits beyond just the consumable cards, die cuts, and stickers you get in kits.
