On August 11, 2020, CALS faculty and staff and University leadership came together to celebrate Dean Boor’s many accomplishments and impact as her tenure as dean of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences came to an end. Memories and words of encouragement and congratulations were shared by Cornell University President Martha Pollack, Provost Michael Kotlikoff, CALS Executive Dean Max Pfeffer, former Dean David Call ’54, M.S. ’58, Ph.D. ’60, Kathryn’s mentee and associate professor Julie Goddard ’99, PhD. ’08, incoming and outgoing CALS advisory council leaders Amy Fraser ’84 and Brad Grainger ’79, and former CALS student advisory council leaders Veer Vekaria ’19 and Kristina Filippini ’18.
