We have all said it! "I bet he would not act like that without the badge and gun. I get the people who live in this Denver HOA think the same thing. The people that run HOA's can act like tyrants almost as bad as the cops do. Power comes with tyrant-like behavior. It is a type of power that no one would want to give up once they have it. That is why the cos have these powerful unions-- to preserve that power for the cops! This video is not so much abut the HOA's . I really want you the viewer to understand the transformation people go through once given power.
