This video show a simple singing arc circuit made by a square wave oscillator (a signal generator) frequency modulated by ipod direct output. Output frequency is near 40KHz with 50% of duty cycle.
The oscillator drive an IRFP250 mosfet (rated for 30A) water cooled that switch the primary of a tv-color flyback transformer giving the high voltage output necessary for plasma arc.
