Just when we thought we had the RS3 back to fine running condition, my fuel gauge disappeared off my dash! One day my car had trouble starting, the fuel gauge didn't show up, I had a CEL and a few warnings popped up on my dash. When I reported this all to Unitronic they said they had something very similar happen to their shop car. Once they replaced their fuel tank the problem never came back so we were planning on doing the very same thing. Once we started digging though, we found a MUCH simpler solution to the problem.
Once that issue was repaired, we shrunk the gap on the spark plugs, cleaned them all up, loaded a new revision to the Unitronic TTE855 E85 tune and took the car for another 3rd gear log. This car freakin' moves!
