Audi has unveiled the "R26 Concept", which not only showcases the design for its 2026 Formula 1 racing car but also the branding and visual identity it will use in F1. The visual identity follows the firm's new "Radical Simplicity" design philosophy, featuring minimalist graphics with precise geometric cuts that blend in with the car's shape. The colour scheme includes titanium, carbon black, and a newly created Audi red. The car will be manufactured in Switzerland by the Sauber team, which Audi acquired at the beginning of the year to enter F1. It will also be powered by an engine that Audi is designing in-house.
