I made my way to SafeHouse in Chicago to attempt one of the most insane cheeseburger challenges...and things didn't go according to plan!

SafeHouse Chicago is a spy-themed restaurant that serves up one massive food challenge, known as the "O.O.M.G." Burger Challenge. When they found out I was a food challenger, they gave me the harder original version of this challenge instead of the easier updated one.
What did I have to contend with? For starters, a towering cheeseburger, made with 15 beef patties covered in 45 slices of melted cheese. There's also 2 pounds of Wisconsin cheese curds, and 51 ounces of beer called "Proprietary Code." All of it needs to be finished in 60 minutes. Win and you get the $75 meal free, secret merch, and a spot on the Wall of Fame.
